Email and SMS marketing is opt-in only. Every message has an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails (order updates, shipping notifications) are not marketing and always send.
Terms of Service
You must be 21 or older to use this site or buy any product. We verify age at checkout.
All Catalyst products are research-use-only. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the RUO designation.
Catalyst prohibits resale without written authorization. Repackaging is forbidden in all cases. The chain of custody breaks either way.
Catalyst may limit, decline, or cancel orders for fraud prevention, regulatory requirements, inventory shortages, or pricing errors. We notify you when this happens and refund any payment in full.
Scraping, crawling, data harvesting, and any interference with site operations are prohibited. Automated access requires written permission.
Our liability for any damages is capped at the amount paid for the product in question. We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent allowed by law.
Catalyst updates these terms occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site is acceptance of any updates.
Shipping
Catalyst does not ship to P.O. boxes. Shipping rates appear at checkout.
Catalyst ships orders within 2 business days of payment clearing, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
Catalyst emails tracking notifications automatically once your order ships.
We can’t guarantee address or order changes once fulfillment starts. If you need to change an order, contact us.
Report shipping issues within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package.
Higher-value orders may require signature on delivery.
Payment
Checkout displays all available payment methods: Apple Pay, all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, plus Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and ACH bank transfer.
Temporary holds or pending charges may appear on your statement before the final charge posts. The timing depends on your bank, not on us.
Catalyst reviews orders for fraud, regulatory compliance, and pricing accuracy. Some orders are declined for the same reasons. Declines come with a refund of any payment captured.
Charges appear on your statement as “CATALYST”.
If you have a question about a charge, contact us first. We resolve most issues directly. If a dispute proceeds, we share order information with the payment processor to resolve the case.
Returns
All sales are final. Catalyst does not accept returns or issue refunds, because research-use-only peptides cannot be safely resold once they leave our chain of custody.
The only exceptions: wrong item shipped, or damage in transit. Report either within 7 days of delivery.
Use the contact form with your order number and photos of the item, the box, and the shipping label. Keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
We send a replacement when available. If not, we offer an alternative resolution.
Resolving a damage or wrong-shipment claim takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping on the replacement varies by method.
