A Certificate of Analysis says what the compound is, when it was tested, and how it scored against known standards.
Every vial we ship comes with one.
This is how to read yours.

Every label carries its own report from a U.S-based laboratory.

Report number & access code

Every report gets a number. The report number identifies this exact test. The access code lets you verify it at the lab directly.

  2. Product & form

Retatrutide, 20mg per vial, in freeze-dried form. Freeze-drying, called lyophilization, removes the water so the peptide stays stable in storage. This is what the vial contains, before any test result.

  3. Batch

Every production run we make has its own batch number. Every vial in that run shares it. When we ship an order, we log the batch each vial came from. The batch number ties your vial back to this exact report, and to the order we shipped you.

  4. The method line

Two tests, two techniques. RP-HPLC pushes the sample through a high-pressure column. Each compound comes out at its own characteristic time, leaving a measurable fingerprint. LAL is a different test: a biological reaction that reveals any trace bacterial debris.

  5. Identity

The lab ran the sample next to a pure reference of Retatrutide. The two fingerprints matched. Anything other than Confirmed is a fail.

  6. Quantity (net peptide content)

How many milligrams of Retatrutide are actually in the vial. The label says 20mg, but that weight also includes a small amount of stabilizing salts and residual water. This batch weighed in at 21.47mg of pure peptide. Above the label, inside tolerance.

  7. Purity

Purity is the ratio. How much of the material in the vial is the peptide itself, versus anything else. 99.615% means less than half a percent is anything other than Retatrutide. Research-grade peptides are expected at or above 98%. This batch cleared that bar by more than a point.

  8. Endotoxin

Endotoxin measures bacterial debris in the vial, in endotoxin units per milligram (EU/mg). The research-grade ceiling is 0.25. This batch came in at 0.0782, less than a third of the limit.

  9. Chromatogram

The graph is the source data behind every number above. Each peak is a compound coming out of the column at a specific time. The tall peak at 19.655 minutes is Retatrutide. The smaller peaks are the rest of what was in the vial. Without the graph, the summary numbers would be just claims.

  10. Independent verification

Go to chromate.org/verify and enter the access code above. The full report appears, pulled directly from the lab's database. Not a copy. The source.
