BOND is Catalyst's customer referral program. After your second completed Catalyst order, you receive a personal referral code. Friends who use it save 10% on their first Catalyst GLP-3 order, and you earn rewards as those friends place orders.

• 1 friend order: Free shipping on your next order.
• 3 friend orders: 30% off your next order.
• 5 friend orders: 50% off your next order.
• 8 friend orders: 80% off your next order.
• 10 friend orders: A GLP-3 credit equal to your last Retatrutide variation ($110 or $210).

All rewards expire 12 months after issuance. Not combinable with other Catalyst coupons.

These terms govern participation in BOND. By using your BOND code or redeeming a BOND reward, you agree to what's below.

BOND is open to Catalyst customers in any country Catalyst ships to. Enrollment is automatic: after your second completed order at catalystexplains.com, a personal BOND code is issued to your account (for example, VICTORBOND10). There is nothing to sign up for.

You must be the account holder on file, 18 or older, and not a current or former Catalyst employee, contractor, or affiliate partner. BOND is for individual customer use only and is not transferable.

Your BOND code gives any eligible friend 10% off their first Catalyst GLP-3 order (Catalyst's product ID 29, the active Retatrutide line). When a friend places and completes a qualifying order using your code, one referral is credited to your account.

Referral counts unlock rewards at these thresholds:

• 1 referral: free shipping on your next order.
• 3 referrals: 30% off your next order.
• 5 referrals: 50% off your next order.
• 8 referrals: 80% off your next order.
• 10 referrals: a Catalyst GLP-3 store credit equal to the price of your most recently purchased Retatrutide variation ($110 or $210), applied as a fixed-cart discount on a future Catalyst GLP-3 order.

A "qualifying order" is a new, first-time Catalyst order placed by someone who has never before completed an order on catalystexplains.com under any email address. Friends who are returning Catalyst customers do not qualify as new referrals, even if a BOND code is applied at checkout.

Tier rewards are issued as coupons to your Catalyst account as soon as each threshold is met. You can view, copy, and apply them from the BOND tab inside your account dashboard. Rewards can be redeemed in any order you choose.

Each reward coupon is:

• Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• Restricted to the email address on your Catalyst account.
• Limited to one use per customer.
• Not combinable with other Catalyst coupons, promotions, or sales (including sitewide promotions such as Black Friday).

The tier-10 GLP-3 credit is restricted to Catalyst's active GLP-3 product line (product ID 29). It does not apply to other products in your cart, and its dollar value is locked to the price of the Retatrutide variation you most recently purchased at the time the tier-10 unlock triggers.

Only one tier-10 reward is issued to a given customer per rolling 365-day period. If you cross the 10-referral threshold more than once in that window, additional tier-10 unlocks are queued for manual review by Catalyst and are not automatically granted.

Every BOND reward expires 12 months after the date it is issued. The exact expiration is shown in your account dashboard. Expired rewards are not reinstated automatically.

If you have a reasonable reason you were unable to redeem in time (medical hold, shipping suspension, account issue), contact admin@catalystexplains.com and we may, at our discretion, extend the window.

A referral is only counted when the friend's referred order reaches completed status. If that order is later canceled, refunded in full, or reversed via chargeback:

• The referral is removed from your total count.
• Any tier reward that was unlocked by that referral and has not yet been redeemed is revoked.
• Any tier reward that was unlocked by that referral and has already been redeemed remains honored on the order it was applied to.

This policy aligns BOND rewards with orders that actually ship, arrive, and are kept by the customer.

BOND is designed for sharing with friends. Real people in your life who would benefit from Catalyst. It is not a self-discount tool. Catalyst runs an automated self-referral check on every BOND redemption that compares four signals between the referrer and the referred order:

• Billing email address.
• Catalyst customer ID (account).
• Shipping address.
• IP address history.

When these signals indicate the referrer and the friend are likely the same person or household account, the referral is flagged and may be rejected. Genuine households with multiple adult customers who each maintain a separate Catalyst account are welcome to refer each other; if a legitimate referral is flagged in error, contact us and we will review it.

Catalyst reserves the right to reject referrals, revoke rewards (redeemed or unredeemed), and close BOND participation for any account that engages in: creating duplicate accounts, purchasing through one's own BOND code, sharing codes via paid advertising, posting codes on coupon aggregator sites, or any other activity designed to circumvent these terms. Catalyst is the sole judge of what constitutes abuse.

Catalyst may update these terms or modify any part of the BOND program at any time, with reasonable notice posted on this page. This includes tier thresholds, reward values, eligibility rules, and the GLP-3 product scope. Changes apply going forward only. Referrals credited and rewards issued before a change remain governed by the terms in effect when they were earned, subject to their original 12-month expiration.

Catalyst may also end the BOND program entirely with 30 days' notice. Rewards already in your account at the time the program ends remain redeemable through their stated expiration date.

Catalyst may suspend or remove any individual account from BOND at its discretion if the account violates these terms, is involved in a payment dispute, or is otherwise flagged for review. Suspension pauses referral crediting and reward issuance while the review is open.

BOND rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash or store credit outside of the reward's stated use. Catalyst's products are research peptides sold for research use only; BOND does not change the nature of any Catalyst product, and all orders, including orders placed with BOND rewards applied, remain subject to Catalyst's general terms of sale and privacy policy. Any tax liability associated with rewards is the customer's responsibility.

If you have a problem with the program, like a missing referral, a reward that didn't appear, or a flagged order you believe was flagged in error, please contact us first at admin@catalystexplains.com. We aim to resolve most issues within three business days.

If we can't resolve it directly, any remaining dispute related to BOND will be handled under the dispute-resolution section of Catalyst's general terms of sale, which governs venue, arbitration, and class-action waiver.
